Honors US History
Course Description
U.S. History is a course designed to increase students' knowledge of the development of the United States as a democratic nation. This course is organized in thematic units starting with the Birth of Modern America (from late 1800s) progressing through modern day with an emphasis on major events, major foreign and domestic policies, influential individuals, and ideas and conflicts comprising the American heritage.
